Online registration is open to all employees of our subscribing member firms. The process takes just a few minutes.

A web login is required for you to view some member-only areas, e.g. event registration, documentation libraries and some of the regulatory page updates. Your login does not expire. However, you should notify us if you change firms. Please follow the guidelines below for successful use of the webpage.

How to register

1. Click on the "Member Login" button

2. Click on the "Register" button

3. Complete the fields

4. Click on the "Submit" button

An email seeking to authenticate your firm email address will be sent to the email address you submit at registration; these are sometimes diverted to the "junk mail" folder so please check!

5. Click on the link enclosed in this email; this will open our webpage in another browser. Click on the "Complete" button

6. Fill in the form, including the "Notification Options" - ensure all required fields (marked with *) are completed.

FOA will receive an alert to confirm you have correctly entered all relevant contact details and correspondence preferences. We will approve the request and you will receive an email to confirm that you can now log in.



If you have forgotten your login or password

1. Please click on the "Member Login" button

2. Click on "Forgot password"

The page will change to show an empty field for you to enter your email address

3. Enter your email address

4. Click on "send password"

An email will be sent to your inbox confirming your password (Please check your "junk folder" if more than 5 minutes elapse)

Updating your details

Manage your contact details and your notification options here

1. Click on the "Member Login" button

2. Login

The Member Login button will change to "Manage Profile"

3. Click on the arrow next to "Manage Profile" and select "Update Details" to amend any of the following:
Name, job title, telephone number, PA's contact details

Register for events
You MUST be logged in to register for events

Unless otherwise specified, FOA fora and are only open to employees of our member firms and by invitation only.

1. Click on "Events" or "Fora"

2. Click on the title of the relevant event

3. click on the "Register" button

If you can no longer attend an event you have registered for, please log in and follow steps 1 & 2 and click on the "DEREGISTER" button

To check whether you are already registered for an event, log in and and click on "Manage Events".
