Give-up Agreements

The FIA, FOA and MFA, in consultation with industry representatives, have revised the Trader and Customer Version of the Give-Up Agreement. These new versions will be the standard Agreements used in the FIA's Electronic Give-Up System (EGUS) and are now recommended to be used by all parties going forward when putting hard copy Agreements in place.
