How to access the MNA Library |

Going forward, the netting opinion library will consist of 2 “phases” of opinions. Phase 1 comprises those jurisdictions most frequently requested, while Phase 2 includes a number of more niche jurisdictions. Each phase is purchased as a block of opinions (opinions are not available individually), with the Phase 2 block only available to those firms with access to Phase 1. The cost is £15,000 for Phase 1 and a further £10,000 (total of £25,000) for Phase 2. Phase 1 jurisdictions
