The Compliance Forum, which is held on a monthly basis, focuses on business conduct issues that are likely to affect FOA members that are regulated by the FSA, including issues arising from FSA provisions, UK legislation, JMLSG Guidance Notes, EU directives, exchange rules and UK and international regulatory developments. The agenda and format (e.g. lecture style or interactive roundtable) for each forum is agreed by the FOA Compliance Committee.
