Energy Forum |

The Energy Forum, unlike the PTF is not a separate FOA register, but is a regularly held forum to keep Members abreast of issues and changes in the oil, gas and energy markets (other than power). It has a particular focus on EU and UK regulatory issues and is managed by an Energy Markets Committee, which is responsible for addressing issues on behalf of Energy Market participant members of the FOA. It's current work programme includes the basis of inclusion of commodity derivatives in the ISD, the UK oil and energy market participant regimes and the market impact of applying EU capital rules (of the detailed work being taken forward by the special working group set up to work with KPMG on their impact analysis).
