Ordinary members are largely drawn from banks, brokerage houses, commodity trade houses and organisations dealing in derivatives. For the purpose of subscriptions, this category is sub-divided into those firms who are members of the London Clearing House (LCH), ie Ordinary Clearing members and those who are not, ie Ordinary Non-Clearing members, with a different subscription basis applying to each. Ordinary members are entitled to vote at the AGM, may be elected to the FOA Board and may sit on FOA Committees and Working Groups.
