	International Uniform Give-Up Agreement

A meeting of the FOA Working Party was held on 15 January to discuss what steps, if any, could/should be taken to address some of the outstanding concerns a number of FOA members still have with the IUGA. Although it was agreed that there was still no justification for changing the Agreement itself, there was a view that some additional guidance and/or optional clauses could prove useful. These issues are currently being discussed with the FIA with a view to reaching agreement on whether any of the proposals should be taken forward.
