	Use of the IUGA in Italy

Having identified some of the difficulties associated with the use of the standard International Give-Up Agreement (IUGA) in Italy, the FOA will be visiting the appropriate parties in February to discuss how best to resolve them. 	Clearing and Settlement Forum

The first FOA Clearing & Settlement Forum of the year will take place on March 19th from 10.30am to 12 noon at Deutsche Bank, Ayers Room, Winchester House, Great Winchester Street. An agenda will be circulated in due course but it is hoped that the speakers will include representatives from the London Clearing House and Eurex Clearing.
